SHIPPING
All preorders will be shipped once the production time ends- so this will take time, please be kind and patient! Otherwise ready-to-ship products will be sent in 2-5 days.
The packages are all sent from Spain through Correos. Once a package is deposited in the post office, I'm no longer capable of doing any changes or providing any extra information about it- the tracking must be selected beforehand and any changes due to information error or similar problems must be resolved within the first 24h of the purchase.
I'm by no means responsible for the damage of goods done by the carrier, but I will make sure the package is well protected and secured. All orders will be shipped inside of a padded envelope.
ESTIMATE DATES OF ARRIVAL & PRODUCTION
Once sent, packages tend to arrive depending on your location.
- Spain: 1 to 10 days.
- Europe: 5 to 25 days.
- Everywhere else: 10 to 50 days.
Please keep in mind those are estimated times of arrival just so you can take a guess! It all depends on the carrier. I'm not responsible for any delays that might happen due to outside circumstances such as climate problems, holidays or customs holds!
PREORDERS BENEFITS AND STOCK
Preorders come with some benefits exclusive to them, such as being able to pick which design you want in the gacha stuff, exclusive prints, little custom boxes or small thank you cards themed to the product you bought.
Some of these products are produced on demand, therefore, some of these will only be available through preorder and won't be up on the shop once the preorder closes, so please keep it in mind!
